Born along the sun-soaked Spanish coast, this vibrant, refreshing sparkler is one of our go-to party bottles. Anna and her husband, Jordi Vallès, farm the vineyards, craft the wine, and have built the business themselves from the ground up. Made in the traditional method (like Champagne), it’s more complex than Prosecco and still incredibly approachable on price. Crisp and dry, it’s perfect with oysters, grilled fish, tapas, or bruschetta.

Sustainable farming practices, estate-grown fruit, hand-harvested, and aged for 12 months on the lees, vegan.
