2019 Domaine Alain Burguet Gevrey-Chambertin ‘Lavaux Saint Jacques’ Premier Cru
This rustic Pinot Noir hails from a premier cru climat just west of Gevrey-Chambertin. The palate is medium-bodied with rich and concentrated flavors, nice acidity, and integrated tannins. Aged for 19 months in barrel (50% new oak).
Like all of Burguet’s wines, this bottle is produced from organic (converting to biodynamic) fruit, native yeasts, and is bottled unfined / unfiltered. Only 50 cases produced.
2022 Tzora Vineyards Judean Hills ‘Shoresh’ Red Blend
Tzora is redefining Israeli wine on the global stage. With legendary consulting from Jean-Claude Berrouet, the former Technical Director of Château Pétrus, and winemaking led by Eran Pick, Israel’s first Master of Wine and a UC-Davis graduate, every bottle speaks of precision, pedigree, and profound respect for terroir.
This red blend balances Old World elegance with New World vibrancy incredibly well. Enjoy with mushroom risotto or grilled lamb with rosemary and garlic.
Sustainable farming practices, hand-harvested, kosher certified, and the first Israeli winery to be certified to the standard of FAIR’N GREEN.
2023 Chacra Patagonia Pinot Noir ‘Cincuenta y Cinco’
If you love Chambolle-Musigny or Volnay but want to explore something new, Cincuenta y Cinco offers that same silken texture and aromatic complexity. This is not just great Pinot Noir from Patagonia—it’s great Pinot Noir, full stop. We’re not usually point-chasers—but it’s worth noting this wine received a rare 97 points from James Suckling and 94 points from Tim Atkin, MW.
Organic and biodynamic farming practices, dry-farmed, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation in concrete, 100% whole-cluster, bottled unfined/unfiltered.
2024 Domaine de Fontsainte ‘Gris de Gris’ Corbieres Rosé
Though part of the appeal of Fontsainte’s Gris de Gris is that it’s so drinkable on its own—with just a beach read, its adaptability to food only bolsters its charm. Try is with some salty cheese or simply some crudités.
