2022 Jean Collet & Fils Saint-Bris Sauvignon
A wine with a light gold color, its liveliness reveals notes of citrus and peach with expressive fresh herbs and white flowers. The mouthfeel is generously textured and lends a tender, fruity palate with a spicy yet beautiful mineral finish. Aging is done in old French oak barrels to add a touch of roundness to soften the wine’s naturally striking acidity.
This version of Saint-Bris at Domaine Jean Collet follows suit with the Chablis range, characterized with an increased level of suppleness, compared to what is typically found with Saint-Bris wines.
Sustainable farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation.
2023 Agricola Vadiaperti Greco di Tufo DOCG
Grown on volcanic soils in the hills just inland from the Amalfi Coast, the 2023 Vadiaperti Greco di Tufo is a crisp, textured white with mouthwatering vibrancy and a distinctive mineral edge that screams seafood. It’s a serious white wine with soul—complex, refreshing, and historic.
Practicing organic farming, Vadiaperti works with 30-year-old, high-elevation Greco vineyards that are entirely hand-harvested. The wine is fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and ages on the lees for up to two years.
2022 Bachelet-Monnot Santenay Blanc
Made by one of Burgundy’s most respected producers, this bottle is ideal for those who appreciate well-made Burgundy Chardonnay with a perfect balance of power and finesse. Santenay, known for its full-bodied whites, pairs wonderfully with a wide range of dishes thanks to the balance of richness and acidity in the wine. Enjoy with grilled scallops, lobster, roasted chicken, creamy pasta dishes, and soft cheeses like Brie or goat cheese.
Biodynamic farming practices, hand-harvested 30+ year-old vines, native yeast fermentation and aged for 12 months in barrel (12% new).
2022 Caroline Morey Beaune ‘Les Grèves’ Blanc Premier Cru
This wine hails from the heart of the legendary Les Grèves climat, one of Beaune’s most revered Premier Crus, and is crafted by Caroline Morey—daughter of Jean-Marc Morey and wife of Pierre-Yves Colin—two families I would consider Burgundy royalty.
Compared to her husband’s (PYCM), Caroline’s wines show more restraint and delicacy. They don’t shout—they have lifted aromatics, finely etched fruit, and a quiet, feminine finesse that unfolds gracefully over time. Highly allocated, only 2 bottles available.
Sustainable farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, aged in 350-liter barrels and maturing the wines without lees stirring to preserve the wine’s purity.
