This is a very classic Vosnee Romanee with aromas of fresh red and black fruit. It has wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry and hints of blackcurrants. On the palate, it’s voluptuous and full with more preserved fruit, leather, spice and wet earth. The finish is long with structured tannins.

This wine pairs well with foie gras, roasted lamb or a lean piece of beef. It has enough body, structure and tannin to stand up to something like Beef Wellington.
