Les Athlètes du Vin is a négociant project based in the heart of the Loire Valley. The group is made up of some of the region’s most dynamic and respected independent winemakers, including Thierry Germain, Pierre Breton, and Mathieu Vallée of Château Yvonne. The group lives by the fundamental principal that wine is made above all in the vineyard, by allowing the plant, by working the soil, to go there to draw the quintessence of its terroir. The selection and choice of these winegrowers have been built during numerous trips to the various vineyards of France.
VINI BE GOOD has selected its wines from winegrowers concerned about respecting the environment and guaranteeing the authenticity of the terroirs where they were born; Most of them are worked according to organic and biodynamic farming methods. Winemaking is done with minimal intervention, native yeasts, and minimal sulfur, with light or no filtration implemented (depending on the cuvée).
The labels were created by French artist, illustrator, and cartoonist Michel Tolmer, who has been the unofficial lead artist of the French natural wine movement since the 1990s.
