Join us at The Parlor at Stafford Prime, a brand new restaurant space in Tustin, for a private Champagne & dining event. The experience will feature wines from Champagne Delavenne, food from Chef, Jimmy Stafford and special guest, Jean-Christophe Delavenne. 

Guests will have the opportunity to chat with Jean-Christophe, sip Champagne Delavenne’s current releases and explore a variety of food pairings curated by Chef Jimmy Stafford, including an oyster bar!

It is truly Argaux in a bottle – it encompasses all the things important to us when we are sourcing – sense of place (terroir), thoughtfully curated (responsibly farmed, meticulously made) and drinkable (must be a damn good glass of wine).

    Sustainable farming practices and hand-harvested at night to retain freshness. The wine was fermented cold in 100% stainless steel and aged on the lees for 6 months for added mouthfeel.
