2018 Fisher Vineyards Anderson Valley UNITY Pinot Noir

Responsibly Farmed
Hidden Gem
Classic in Style

This Pinot from the Fisher family is for those who appreciate wines that speak of where they come from. The Anderson Valley is a cool-climate appellation shaped by coastal fog and mountain fruit. It produces expressive and structured Pinots that we actively search for. This pairs beautifully with roasted duck, grilled salmon or mushroom risotto.

Sustainable farming practices, unfined/unfiltered, aged for 15 months in French oak barrels (30% new) and only 1,000 cases produced annually.
