2022 Philippe Bouzereau Auxey Duresses 1er Cru ‘Les Duresses’
Refined and expressive, this Pinot Noir beautifully captures its Burgundian terroir. Deep ruby in color with violet reflections, it reveals an elegant bouquet of blackcurrant, blackberry, and peony. The palate is supple yet structured, with balanced tannins and a silky texture that gains depth and spice as it opens. Graceful and inviting, it’s best served slightly cool and pairs wonderfully with roasted poultry, duck, or earthy mushroom dishes.
Sustainable farming practices. Total maceration for 25 days in open vats with thermoregulation including 12 days of cold pre-fermentation. Extraction by punching and regular reassembly. Aged in small barriques.
