2023 Moreau-Naudet & Fils Chablis
Moreau-Naudet Chablis has been compared to icons like Dagueneau and Dauvissat—an extraordinary testament to the precision and elite-level of winemaking that is happening. We are in the big leagues here people. If you love Chablis, this is a must-try.
Organic/biodynamic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation and woman-winemaker.
NV Sorelle Bronca Extra Dry Prosecco
This small estate in Valdobbiadene, owned by the Bronca sisters, produces exceptional Prosecco from estate-grown fruit, ensuring complete control over every step of the process—from vineyard to bottle. Their dedication results in a seriously impressive Prosecco that overdelivers for the price. Light, refreshing, and mineral-driven, it’s our go-to sparkling wine.
Organic farming practices (since 1988!), hand-harvested, woman-owned and just 12,000 cases produced annually. For context, most Proseccos found on grocery store shelves are produced on a much larger scale, often exceeding 1 million bottles per year.
2022 Bachelet-Monnot Maranges ‘La Fussiere’ Blanc Premier Cru
Fruit for this 1er cru White Burgundy comes from the highest vineyard site in Maranges (avg. 30 years in age). This is a sneaky premier cru that I think would keep an eye on. It may be the best valued Burgundy on the market.
Organic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation and aged for 12 months in barrel.
2022 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Saint-Aubin “La Chateniere” Premier Cru
This wine is made from 50+ year old vines grown in the northern-most section of St. Aubin. 2022 was a wonderful, warmer vintage which gives the wine great fruit and body that integrates beautifully with the pronounced minerality this wine is famous for. Highly allocated, only 2 bottles available.
Sustainable farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, unfined and unfiltered.
