The 2022 Yalumba Barossa Valley Bush Vine Grenache is a modern expression of old-vine fruit, offering a bright and elegant take on this classic variety. Aromas of juicy red berries, wild strawberries, and a touch of milk chocolate lead into a lively, spice-laced palate. Light in body yet richly textured, it finishes with smooth, velvety tannins that invite another sip. Exceptionally food-friendly, it pairs beautifully with pork pie or miso-roasted eggplant with tomatoes, dill, and mint.
Sustainable and organic farming practices, native yeast fermentation, a portion utiizes extended maturation, aged 6 months in American, French and Hungarian oak.
