  • 2022 Sette Barbera d’Asti DOCG Nizza Monferrato

Arguably one of the softest and most elegant barberas I’ve ever had. Gino describes it as “naked Barbera,” a wine that he says reflects their unique environment. Fresh, vibrant and a joy to drink!

Evening Land Vineyards is the Oregon-based brainchild of Sashi Moorman and Raj Parr, two of California’s most revered winemakers. Chardonnays from this specific area of Oregon are frequently compared to those of Burgundy, and this slightly reductive, incredibly complex bottling is no exception!

Organic and practicing biodynamic farming methods, LIVE certified, dry farmed, and only 695 cases produced.

  • 2020 Domaine Rougeot Père et Fils Volnay-Santenots Premier Cru

2020 was a great year for Burgundy in terms of quality, but not quantity. Yields were low and stock is hard to come by. Get it while to can, especially since the following vintage, 2021, was a catastrophe.

Organic and biodynamic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, unfined/unfiltered.

  • 2020 Marco Carpineti Capolemole Rosso

Do you like showing up to the party with the coolest wine no one’s ever heard of? If so, here is your next wine.

Carpineti is somewhat of a local hero in Lazio. He’s a pioneer of biodynamic viticulture and a champion of the nearly-forgotten local grapes. This is a super interesting Italian summer red to give a try.

Carpineti is certified organic and incorporates biodynamics with a “no-till” philosophy so as to not disrupt the soil.

  • 2019 Domaine Alain Burguet Gevrey-Chambertin ‘Les Champeaux’ Premier Cru

This wine is for a Pinot Noir oenophile.

The ‘Les Champeaux’ premier cru vineyard was planted in 1987 on the northern edge of Gevrey-Chambertin. It’s located high up on the slope with south-east facing exposure which allows for slow and steady ripening. The result is a wine with great purity, structure and incredibly silky tannins.

Biodynamic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, unfined/unfiltered, vegan-friendly, and only 75 cases produced.

  • 2019 Podere Salicutti Brunello di Montalcino

For Brunello lovers and collectors, this is the vintage to buy. 2019 was an incredible vintage that is being compared to 2016, 2015, 2010 and 2006. This exceptional vintage from our favorite cult-producer comes from 3 estate vineyards: Sorgente, Piaggione and Teatro. The wine is aged for 40 months in barrel + 12 months in bottles.

Biodynamic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, no fining or filtering and only 625 cases produced.

We only received a 6-bottle allocation! To say these wines are sought-after is an understatement. Snag while you can.

    $110.00
  • 2019 Domaine Alain Burguet Gevrey-Chambertin ‘Lavaux Saint Jacques’ Premier Cru

This rustic Pinot Noir hails from a premier cru climat just west of Gevrey-Chambertin. The palate is medium-bodied with rich and concentrated flavors, nice acidity, and integrated tannins. Aged for 19 months in barrel (50% new oak).

Like all of Burguet’s wines, this bottle is produced from organic (converting to biodynamic) fruit, native yeasts, and is bottled unfined / unfiltered. Only 50 cases produced.
