    If you like Sauvignon Blanc, give this a try! This is an incredible bottle of wine from a legendary German producer. This Riesling is DRY, fresh, and noted with hints of white pepper on the finish that can be attributed to the volcanic soils of the hilly vineyards that line the river Nahe.

    This rich and juicy Gamay checks all of our boxes. Its fruit-forward and thirst-quenching, yet structured enough to stand up to a variety of foods. New World wine lovers looking for a riper expression of the variety, this one’s for you.

    The beautiful minerality found in this wine is attributed to the “roche pourrie” schist soil that gives Gamay from Morgon its famous complexity. Less than 200 cases produced.

  • 2019 Gouchas Luján de Cuyo Malbec

    This Beaujolais-inspired Malbec is exciting and oh so fresh. There is a slight minerality and chalkiness expressive of the terroir, and the wine is produced using organic farming practices and hand-harvested fruit. Only 1,250 cases made. Fair warning, this could be your new favorite chillable red – seriously, we would drink a lot more Malbec if they all tasted like this.

    The unique use of carbonic maceration (not frequently seen on Malbec) renders it juicy, jammy, and damn delicious.

  • 2019 Wonderland Project No. 9 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

    This is the first vintage of No. 9 Napa Cabernet, and there’s a reason The French Laundry was first to pick it up. The palate is dense and complex, marked by a long and polished finish. Organic farming practices, unfined / unfiltered, and only 1,500 cases produced.

    Cabernet Sauvignon is known for its high levels of acid and tannins, making well-made examples excellent candidates for long-term cellaring.

    Light, fresh, and boasting a balance of tart red fruit and earthy characteristics, this Pinot Noir is an ideal match for many meals… or simply enjoyable on its own. The wine was made from organic farming practices, native yeasts, and has a long, dry finish.

    Pinot Noir has unofficially become the signature grape of Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Expressions from this region rival some of the Old World’s best (yes, Burgundy included!)

    Chianti Superiore signifies that the wine was produced with stricter standards than other wines from the region. The designation has existed since 1996.

    THE FIND OF ALL TIME!

    100% Petite Arvine from the Alder Springs Vineyard in Northern California. Petite Arvine is a rare grape for California, it originally hails from the Valais region in the Swiss Alps.

    Brilliant pale white gold in color with fresh, bright aromas of chamomile and jasmine to dried apricots and apple chips. Silky texture with pronounced acidity balances out with white flower and orchard fruit flavors. 

    Organic/biodynamic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation & only 200 cases produced. 

    This will be at our Thanksgiving tables! It’s great with fish, but it also stands up nicely to white meat and hearty sides like stuffing and Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

    2018 Raul Perez Bodegas y Vinedos Bierzo Tinto ‘Ultreia St. Jacques’

    ATTN: Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc lovers! If you are looking to branch out and try something new, this is your answer.

    This Spanish red blend is mostly Mencía blended with Bastardo (Trousseau) and Garnacha Tintorera (Alicante Bouschet). It has floral and spicy aromas with hints of dry underbrush. The palate is juicy and well-structured with bright red fruit, dried herbs, coffee bean, and tomato leaf. It’s a smooth drinker with soft tannins and lots of length on the finish.

    Organic farming practices and unfined & unfiltered.

    Perfect with pizza, white meat and cozy winter stews like this Yucatán Pork Stew with Ancho Chiles and Lime Juice.

    Fruit for the 2020 bottling of this wine hails from two vineyards that are farmed sustainably through Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand, with a long term view on biodiversity in the vineyard and proactive farming practices.
