This is an extremely elegant Rosato from the volcanic soils of Sicily. On the palate, it is energetic and precise with fine, salty minerality and a harmonious and long finish. Produced using organic farming practices, and native yeasts. Less than 500 cases made.
This wine is produced from 100% Nerello Mascalese, the “signature” grape variety of Etna.
This aperitivo is made from organically-farmed Trebbiano di Soave and Garganega grapes, as well as local herbs from Lake Garda, Italy. No chemicals or artificial coloring are used.

100% Prié Blanc from Valle d’Aosta. Prié is an indigenous grape to the Italian Alps and it’s found nowhere else in the world.
This is a thirst-quenching Après Ski! It is a stunning wine from the highest elevation vineyard in all of Europe. It’s an austere, racy, mineral-driven white that displays aromas of citrus blossom, lemon, mountain herbs and crushed stone from the sandy, glacial moraine soil. The palate has vivacity and length.

This is a founder favorite. We only get a small allocation of it every year and usually half of it goes home with the team. 100% whole cluster with hints of blood orange, mint, crushed flowers, spice, dried rose petal and anise on the finish. Serve slightly chilled!

Practicing Organic Viticulture
This wine has fresh aromas, smokey undertones, and a saline-tinged finish. On the palate it is bone dry and light bodied with thirst-quenching acidity – very refreshing, to say the least! Produced using organic/biodynamic farming practices, hand-harvested fruit, native yeast fermentation, and bottled unfined / unfiltered.
The entire production of Rougeot’s Aligoté from ‘Les Plumes’ is bottled sans soufre (without sulfur).
This light-bodied wine has a stunning nose characterized by warm baking spices, crushed raspberry, and lavender. The palate is just as delicious as it sounds with bright, fresh and perfumed fruit and fine, delicate tannins. If we were you, we’d snag a bottle for your next dinner party!
Pinot Meunier is generally best known for its backup role in Champagne – varietal red bottlings of this grape, especially outside of France, are quite unique!
This Champagne is very complex, deep, and strikes the perfect balance between ripe fruit, toastiness, and mineral-laden undertones. Crafted from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Pop with your favorite snacks or a bucket of fried chicken for a seriously delicious time.
Fruit for this wine comes from the sun-soaked, chalky hillsides of the Montagne de Reims, whose temperatures are naturally regulated by cooling evening winds.
Sébastien Philibert made this thirst-quenching rosé to be a summer staple. Light on its feet and citrus-driven, when we say it’s a crowd pleaser, we mean it.

Bright ruby-red hues. A textbook Stellenbosch Pinotage with aromatic and spicy aromas of mulberry, raspberry and cinnamon. Muscular, well integrated tannins add great structure. Flavours of bramble, violets, plums and black berries are balanced by scented new oak. An elegant wine with savoury notes on the lengthy finish, and a lifting underlying freshness.
