  • From vineyards overlooking the Mediterranean, this vibrant red captures sunshine, sea breeze, and mountain freshness in the glass. Think Gamay meets Cabernet Franc — bright, juicy red berries layered with subtle spice and savory herbs. Serve with a slight chill (15–20 minutes in the fridge) to highlight its lift and drinkability. Perfect for weeknight dinners, charcuterie boards, grilled vegetables, or simply sipping as golden hour sets in.

Certified Organic farming practices and practicing biodynamics. Hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, 12 months in tank—no oak and bottled with minimal sulfur.

  • Domaine Magdalena is a tiny, husband-and-wife estate founded by Maggie and Christophe Hedges in 2005, planted and farmed by hand on Red Mountain’s rugged slopes. Over the years, they’ve quietly earned a cult following within the somm community for crafting Cabernet that is balanced, terroir-driven, and incredibly food-friendly. This is a true hidden gem and a wine/wine region Cab-lovers should grab now — before the rest of the market catches on.

Demeter-certified Biodynamic (since 2011) farming practices, woman-winemaker, native yeast fermentation in neutral oak barrel and aged for 7 months. The wine is bottled unfiltered and less than 600 (12 pack) cases produced annually.

  • Cousins Alexandra and Jérôme Labbé make some of the best French Alpine wine you can get. From the tiny Savoie region near Lake Geneva, production is barely enough to meet the demands of the winter skiers making bottles like this especially rare to come by. This refreshing white is beautifully expressive of its mountain terroir and pairs well with goat cheese, lemon herb chicken or fresh fish.

Certified Sustainable HVE3, stainless steel fermentation and aged on the lees for 6 months, only 500 cases produced annually.
