Grown on Kimmeridgian clay soils rich with tiny fossilized oysters, the wine carries the classic mineral-driven elegance of Chablis. Versatile and food-friendly, it pairs beautifully with poultry, grilled seafood, vegetarian dishes, and a wide range of cheeses.
Hand-harvested grapes, 7 days in stainless steel vats then aged on its lees for 7-8 months.
