  • This is a contemplative and textural white from Raúl Pérez with a distinctly Burgundian feel – layered, mineral, and quietly powerful. This is one of those rare whites that can handle butter, cream, and richer textures. If you’d pair it with white Burgundy, you can pair it with this.

Organic farming practices, 20-50 year-old vines, native yeast fermentation and aged for about a year in neutral oak. Unfined and unfiltered.

  • The 2024 La Spinetta Timorasso Colli Tortonesi Derthona DOC (often labeled as “Piccolo Derthona”) is a vibrant, elegant white wine from Piedmont, Italy. Made from the ancient, indigenous Timorasso grape, this vintage is recognized for its crisp acidity, complex minerality, and significant aging potential—often compared to dry German Riesling.

This wine is clean, persistent, and refreshing with a savory edge. It is known for a “waxen” texture and high energy. Approachable now but built to evolve over several years.

Fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks and aged on noble lees for 8 months prior to bottling. Only 1,250 cases produced

    $34.00
  • Domaine Magdalena is a tiny, husband-and-wife estate founded by Maggie and Christophe Hedges in 2005, planted and farmed by hand on Red Mountain’s rugged slopes. Over the years, they’ve quietly earned a cult following within the somm community for crafting Cabernet that is balanced, terroir-driven, and incredibly food-friendly. This is a true hidden gem and a wine/wine region Cab-lovers should grab now — before the rest of the market catches on.

Demeter-certified Biodynamic (since 2011) farming practices, woman-winemaker, native yeast fermentation in neutral oak barrel and aged for 7 months. The wine is bottled unfiltered and less than 600 (12 pack) cases produced annually.
