2009 Château Climens 1er Cru Barsac Sauternes (half-bottle)
This is an incredibly beautiful dessert wine from one of the most established Sauternes producers in Bordeaux. It is made from 100% botrytis infected Semillon. It’s both delicate and energetic with hints of chamomile tea, ginger, cooked apple, honeysuckle and orange blossom. It finishes with a spicy minerality that lingers on the palate.
Enjoy after dinner with some blue cheese or Poached Apricots With Pistachio and Amaretto Mascarpone.

2016 Chateau des Antonins Bordeaux Supérieur Rouge
This full-bodied blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 53% Merlot, and 2% Cabernet Franc is a classic representation of Bordeaux: subtle, seamless, and elegant. It has integrated tannins and a long, textured finish.
Most wines from Bordeaux are produced using blends, rather than one grape variety. Usually, the blends are dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot.
