  • 2020 Domaine de Marquiliani ‘Le Rosé de Pauline’

    This is an allocated item, only two cases are available! Produced from an exotic blend of Syrah, Sciaccarellu, and Vermentino, this wine is feather-light on the palate and finishes ethereal and salty. ! mouthwatering pleasure from the island of Corsica! Produced using sustainable farming practices and hand-harvested fruit at the hands of a woman winemaker.

    Fun fact: This wine is named after Anne’s (winemaker) daughter, Pauline.

  • 2020 Domaine de Marquiliani ‘Vin Gris’ Rosé

    This vin gris is seriously FRESH and packed with flavors of tangerine, strawberry, peach, and clean minerality. It has a seemingly endless finish that basically transports you to the Corsican coastline.

    This very light rosé is made via direct press of 95% Sciaccarellu & 5% Syrah. The pressed juice is decanted and undergoes a 72-hour cold-soak before being fermented in stainless steel tanks.

    Sustainably farmed, hand-harvested, woman-winemaker.

    Enjoy on a hot day with feta cheese, oysters or a chilled Summer Gazpacho!

    This wine is aromatic, light-bodied and refreshing. Its profile includes floral notes, citrus fruits, and green apples. On the palate, there is a beautiful balance between the citrus fruits and mineral notes with a touch of nuttiness on the finish.

    Certified organic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, and only 583 cases produced.
