The La Forestina Extra Dry Prosecco is a vibrant and aromatic Italian sparkling wine crafted from 100% Glera grapes grown in the mineral-rich morainic hills of Veneto. Driven by highly expressive notes of fresh Golden Delicious apples, juicy white peaches, and delicate acacia blossoms, it delivers an inviting and intensely fragrant bouquet. On the palate, a lively, fine perlage carries a touch of crowd-pleasing fruit sweetness that is perfectly balanced by a crisp, cleansing acidity and a refreshing, stony finish.
Sustainable farming, wine undergoes cold maceration for 5-10 hours before fermentation, traditional Charmat method fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aged for 4 months before bottling, 14g/l of residual sugar

This is one of the hardest wines to get and one of the most vivid expressions of Passetoutgrains we’ve seen in years. Rougeot wines are rarely seen outside of top dining destinations like Plénitude (3 Michelin stars) in Paris and Le Carmin (1 Michelin star) in Beaune and we are excited to be able to share it. Extremely limited, only 12 bottles available.
Biodynamic/organic farming practices, hand-harvested, 100% whole cluster fermentation with native yeasts, unfined/unfiltered, no added sulfites, aged in used oak barrels for 7-9 months.

Punta Crena’s Mataòssu is a rare gem. For over 500 years, the Ruffino family has farmed these vineyards that cling to the cliffs in Varigotti. Indigenous to Liguria, this wine is impossibly fresh—bursting with the pure essence of the region: sunshine, sea spray, and coastal breeze. It’s like diving straight into the Mediterranean.
Organic farming practices, hand-harvested, family-owned and less than 2,000 cases produced annually.
