This 70/30 blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir is a no brainer for lovers of easy-drinking reds. Both varieties are hand harvested and co-fermented, so as to achieve ideal texture and balance within the wine. Produced from organic/biodynamic fruit, native yeasts, and bottled unfined/unfiltered.
Although the majority of red wines produced in Burgundy are crafted from Pinot Noir, Passetoutgrain is a unique appellation that permits the blending of Pinot Noir and Gamay.

Volnay ‘Les Santenots’ is technically located in the village of Meursault, though vignerons discovered long ago that there is a larger demand for Volnay than Meursault Rouge and wisely arranged to label reds from their northernmost vineyards as Volnay.

Sourced from one of the emblematic vineyards of Meursault ‘Les Charmes,’ this is a rich, powerful, and aromatic wine. The vineyard is very well tendered and delivers beautiful grapes, caviar like in size, even in challenging weather conditions. After eighteen months of maturation without battonage, the wine is bottled.
Fruit in the ‘Les Charmes’ climat grows on limestone and marl soil with ideal exposure to the morning sun.
This wine has fresh aromas, smokey undertones, and a saline-tinged finish. On the palate it is bone dry and light bodied with thirst-quenching acidity – very refreshing, to say the least! Produced using organic/biodynamic farming practices, hand-harvested fruit, native yeast fermentation, and bottled unfined / unfiltered.
The entire production of Rougeot’s Aligoté from ‘Les Plumes’ is bottled sans soufre (without sulfur).
