Oracle Organic Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Oracle Olive Oil is a premium Greek extra virgin olive oil sourced from a collective of seaside olive farms in the Peloponnese — including one belonging to the family of Oracle’s founder.
It’s packaged in a navy-blue bottle and UV-coated to prevent any oxidation of the oil through light exposure. Each bottle is filled and sealed in Laconia and labeled with a date of harvest.

2018 E. Pira Chiara Boschis Barolo ‘Via Nuova’
This wines comes from the vineyard right behind Chiara’s cantina in Barolo. It is a little more feminine than the Mosconi with perfumed rose and silky tannins. Aged for 24 months in barrel before aging an additional year in bottle.
Certified organic farming practices, woman-winemaker, and only 600 cases produced annually.

2021 Massimago ‘Duca Fedele’ Valpolicella DOC
This lighter bodied example of Valpolicella helps us transition from the lemon butter sauces of summer, to the red sauce/creamy mushroom sauces of fall. The bright red fruit keeps it refreshing, while the savory and herbal elements give it depth. This is our gaux-to Italian red for the season.
Certified organic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, minimal sulfur addition, woman-winemaker, and only 1,250 cases produced.

Semolina Artisanal Pasta Organic Rigatoni
Leah Ferrazzani’s handmade pasta is a chef favorite and is served at top-tier L.A. restaurants like Nancy Silverton’s Osteria Mozza, Ted Hopson’s The Bellwether, and Jackson Kalb’s Jame Enoteca.
This traditional, slow-dried, full-flavored, certified organic durum semolina rigatoni is delizioso with all’amatriciana sauce or in Arden’s Rigatoni alla Cauliflower recipe.

2021 Chateau Barbebelle Aix-en-Provence ‘Héritage’ Rosé
This rosé is the haut monde, the crème de la crème, if you will. Fourth-generation winemaker, Madeleine Herbeau, says this premium cuvée offers a full expression of the fabulous terroir of Provence without manipulation.
This vineyard is farmed organically and is certified HEV (High Environmental Value). HEV is the highest and most stringent level of certification given by the French Ministry of Agriculture. Only 4,000 cases produced!
