The cult wine that lives up to the hype! ‘Sin Azufre’ is a handcrafted, personal project by Piero Incisa della Rocchetta of the famed Sassicaia estate in Italy. It is a small project out of Patagonia making wine without science, using only the eyes, nose, palate. As it should be.

2019 Bodegas Estefania Tilenus “La Florida” Mencía
Consulting winemaker on this wine is the one and only “King of Mencia,” Mr. Raul Perez. Perez is the most well-respected winemaker in Spain and he is creating a Mencia revolution. The grape lands somewhere between a Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc and does well with a slight chill on it. Enjoy with anything off the BBQ – chicken, pork, beef, veggies – it will all sing alongside this wine.

2020 Château de Montfrin Cotes du Rhone ‘A La Reverie’ Rouge
“A la reverie” means “in a dream state,” which is the perfect way to describe how we felt the first time we tried this wine with Jean-René. Sure he charmed us with truffle pasta, but the the dreamiest thing about this wine is its ability to hold its own next to strong dishes without feeling heavy. The Syrah gives it oomph while the Grenache weaves it all together with a soft, silky ribbon.

2021 Domaine de Oliveira Lecestre Petit Chablis (half-bottle)
This is an everyday staple. The palate is lively and crisp, but it isn’t quite as austere as other versions of Chablis. It has a creamy texture which makes it approachable and crowd-pleaser across the board.
