This is a textbook Barolo from an esteemed producer based in La Morra. Oddero has an extraordinary collection of legendary sites that they have been farming since 1878.
Oddero’s ‘Barolo Classico’ is an excellent example of their elegant style of winemaking. Gorgeous notes of dark cherry and wild fennel, with juicy acidity and earthy minerality. This of course will age very well for as long as you can resist, certainly up to 15 years and more, but I also drink it young.
