2022 Anthony Thevenet Beaujolais Villages
This old-vine, single vineyard Gamay is made by one of Beaujolais’ rising stars. Thevenet makes wine that is unapologetically delicious while maintaining a classic, complex style. Beaujolais is one of the rare red wines that bridges the culinary spectrum, pairing just as seamlessly with steak frites as it does with cedar-planked salmon. So enjoy with just about anything!
Organic farming practices, hand-harvested, whole-cluster fermentation with native yeast, semi-carbonic, unfined/unfiltered only 200 cases produced annually.
