2023 Domaine Labbe Vin de Savoie Blanc ‘Abymes’
Cousins Alexandra and Jérôme Labbé make some of the best French Alpine wine you can get. From the tiny Savoie region near Lake Geneva, production is barely enough to meet the demands of the winter skiers making bottles like this especially rare to come by. This refreshing white is beautifully expressive of its mountain terroir and pairs well with goat cheese, lemon herb chicken or fresh fish.
Certified Sustainable HVE3, stainless steel fermentation and aged on the lees for 6 months, only 500 cases produced annually.

- Table Talk Abymes literally means “damaged land.” The appellation was formed after a massive 1248 landslide from Mont Granier, which created the rocky, mineral-rich soils that define these bright Alpine wines today.
