The is a Grüner that hits that perfect balance of precision and drinkability. It’s bright, mineral-driven and incredibly food-friendly. Enjoy with sushi, ceviche or any light dishes with hard to pair spring vegetables like asparagus, artichokes.
Certified organic farming. Hand-harvested from steep, terraced vineyards along the Danube River. Fermented with native yeasts and aged for six months on the lees in stainless steel.
