NV Digby Fine English ‘Leander Pink’ Sparkling Brut Rosé
Have you ever tried a wine from England? You probably haven’t and you probably should. West Sussex is quickly gaining global recognition as an up-and-coming region to watch. With its ideal climate and chalky soils reminiscent of Champagne, England is starting to produce some sparkling wines that rival the very best.
Digby is seriously committed to sustainability. They do that by using lighter glass bottles, natural cork, foils made from plant-based materials and they plants trees locally to neutralize any remaining emissions, striving towards net-zero carbon impact from grape to glass.

2022 Robert Biale “Black Chicken” Zinfandel Napa Valley (half-bottle)
Showing the influence of the breezy and fog-laced Oak Knoll District, this wine offers plush fruit with delicate acidity, and a structure defined by well-ripened, fine-grained tannins. Layered notes of blackberry preserves, stewed cherries, ripe plums, raspberries, violet, cocoa, and spiced wood. Persistent and full on the palate, this is an expressive Zinfandel that is drinking beautifully now, but will continue to improve for the next 5-7 years.
Certified sustainable farming practices. Family-owned winery. Dry-farmed vines and hand-harvested.

NV AR Lenoble Intense Brut Champagne
This grower-producer Champagne has been family-owned since its inception 100 years ago. It’s now run by brother and sister team, Anne and Antoine Malassagne who have kept it incredibly high-quality and impressive.
This is a wonderful bottle to gift or to enjoy on NYE with tapas, pâté-en-croute, or cheese & charcuterie.
Sustainable farming practices, with a strong focus on biodiversity and low intervention. They use organic compost, bees, cover cropping, and hand-harvesting to maintain vineyard health.

NV Pascal Mazet Champagne ‘Unique’ Brut Premier Cru
This is an incredible grower Champagne from Pascal and Catherine Mazet. 60% of this wine is from the 2014 vintage as they age their wines for a minimum 5 years before release. It has depth, complexity and elegance – I am as completely smitten with this bottle of bottles.
Certified organic farming practices with a focus on soil biodiversity, native yeast fermentation, maturation in oak barrels and sur lie aging for 7 years.
