  • Drinks like Prosecco – bright, bubbly, and refreshing – just without the alcohol. Crafted in Italy with an emphasis on balance and finesse, this bottle is made for those who appreciate Italian elegance and craftsmanship while choosing not to drink. It’s all about conviviality, inclusivity, and making every gathering feel celebratory.

Enjoy it chilled on its own, mixed with a zero-proof bitter aperitif for a vibrant N/A spritz, or used as the sparkling base for an elevated mocktail.

  • This is Champagne for people who love Champagne. Made by the family-run house of Veuve Fourny & Fils in the Premier Cru village of Vertus, this Blanc de Blancs is all Chardonnay and all finesse. The Fourny brothers farm old vines on the chalky slopes of the Côte des Blancs, producing a Champagne that is bright, precise, and quietly luxurious.

Blanc de Blanc always has a distinctive mineral edge – one reason sommeliers often pair them with oysters, caviar, or simple seafood where the wine’s precision can really shine.

Sustainable farming practices (Lutte Raisonnée), hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, aged extensively on the lees and in bottle for 2 ½ years before release.

  • Showing the influence of the breezy and fog-laced Oak Knoll District, this wine offers plush fruit with delicate acidity, and a structure defined by well-ripened, fine-grained tannins. Layered notes of blackberry preserves, stewed cherries, ripe plums, raspberries, violet, cocoa, and spiced wood. Persistent and full on the palate, this is an expressive Zinfandel that is drinking beautifully now, but will continue to improve for the next 5-7 years.

Certified sustainable farming practices. Family-owned winery. Dry-farmed vines and hand-harvested.
