Cava is produced via the same method as Champagne, though uses the Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Parellada grape varieties.

Pinot Noir comprises just 20% of Sancerre’s vineyards, making this wine an extra special and unique Pinot pick.
This cider comes from Newtown Pippin apples grown at Bear Valley Ranch. The cider is barrel fermented with native yeast and no additions. It is then aged for 12 months and then refermented with Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Olivers Vineyard in the Edna Valley. Right before bottling, they added fresh Kafir lime leaves from some extra aromatics.
Expect an insanely refreshing and crisp cider – we just had to have it! The lime leaves leave a little bitter kick at the end that keeps you coming back for more.
This is an incredibly beautiful dessert wine from one of the most established Sauternes producers in Bordeaux. It is made from 100% botrytis infected Semillon. It’s both delicate and energetic with hints of chamomile tea, ginger, cooked apple, honeysuckle and orange blossom. It finishes with a spicy minerality that lingers on the palate.
Enjoy after dinner with some blue cheese or Poached Apricots With Pistachio and Amaretto Mascarpone.
