    It’s Sancerre – need we say more? Sancerre is the king of all Sauvignon Blanc and delivers a remarkably crisp and refreshing glass that never disappoints. This wine is expressive, bright, and reflects the flinty, clay-limestone soils from which it hails.

    Sauvignon Blanc accounts for over 80% of Sancerre’s production. This bottle is produced from organically-farmed fruit and native yeasts.

  • 2016 Altesino Brunello di Montalcino 375ml

    This 100% Sangiovese is ruby red in color and highly aromatic on the nose. On the palate, it’s rich and full-bodied with balanced acidity and smooth tannins –  like God walking down your throat in velvet slippers. Produced using sustainable farming practices and hand-harvested fruit by a women-owned estate.

    2016 was close to perfect in Brunello di Montalcino and this vintage is being dubbed one of the greatest in history. It is “radiance personified” and definitely something you want to invest in.

  • 2018 Scar of the Sea Sauvignon Blanc Cofermented Cider (half-bottle)

    This cider comes from Newtown Pippin apples grown at Bear Valley Ranch. The cider is barrel fermented with native yeast and no additions. It is then aged for 12 months and then refermented with Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Olivers Vineyard in the Edna Valley. Right before bottling, they added fresh Kafir lime leaves from some extra aromatics.

    Expect an insanely refreshing and crisp cider – we just had to have it! The lime leaves leave a little bitter kick at the end that keeps you coming back for more.

  • 2009 Château Climens 1er Cru Barsac Sauternes (half-bottle)

    This is an incredibly beautiful dessert wine from one of the most established Sauternes producers in Bordeaux. It is made from 100% botrytis infected Semillon. It’s both delicate and energetic with hints of chamomile tea, ginger, cooked apple, honeysuckle and orange blossom. It finishes with a spicy minerality that lingers on the palate.

    Enjoy after dinner with some blue cheese or Poached Apricots With Pistachio and Amaretto Mascarpone.

  • 2017 Bernard Burgaud Cote-Rotie Syrah (half-bottle)

    A deeply colored, rich Syrah from the most northern appellation in the Rhone Valley. The palate is full of sappy black fruit, olives, and sweet baking spice on the finish. The tannins are soft and the wine does well with a 30 minute decant before consuming.

    This Grand Cru Champagne is very complex, deep, and strikes the perfect balance between ripe fruit and toasty, buttered brioche flavors. It is autolytic and well developed with a long, mineral-driven finish. Produced using organic and biodynamic farming practices and native yeast fermentation. Less than 2,000 cases made.

    Produced from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grown in the Montagne de Reims. This terroir consists of sun-soaked chalk soils and hillsides, bordered by forest and caressed by cool evening winds providing natural thermal regulation.

  • 2018 Ken Wright Pinot Noir ‘Shea Vineyard’ (half-bottle)

    Floral and spice focused. Blue & red fruits of blueberry and raspberry with delicate anise and cola notes. Opulent texture and a luscious mouth feel.

    The Shea vineyard sits on sedimentary soil over fractured sandstone. Shea was one of the early vineyards in this area of Yamhill County and on this soil type. Today, the vineyard is surrounded by some of the premiere wineries making Pinot noir in the “New World.” Organic Farming Practices.
