2022 Anthony Thevenet Beaujolais Villages
$31.00This old-vine, single vineyard Gamay is made by one of Beaujolais’ rising stars. Thevenet makes wine that is unapologetically delicious while maintaining a classic, complex style. Beaujolais is one of the rare red wines that bridges the culinary spectrum, pairing just as seamlessly with steak frites as it does with cedar-planked salmon. So enjoy with just about anything!

$27.00You asked, we listened! This is a previous best-seller that was brought back due to multiple customer requests – Fresh, lively, wonderfully focused, and just a delight to drink. It’s a crowd-pleaser and a versatile dinner party wine. Think seafood, light pasta dishes, grilled veggies and fresh salads.
Organic farming practices, native yeast fermentation, aged for about 3 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks, and 2,500 cases produced annually.

2020 Yarden Golan Heights Winery Merlot
$50.00A wonderful example of the exceptional quality of Merlot grown in the Golan Heights, this classic Merlot is full-bodied, rich and flavorful. Enjoyable upon release, but this will continue to develop in the bottle over the next few years. Pair this with a rack of lamb with a Merlot glaze, braised beef short ribs, or roasted root vegetables.

$26.00Ever wonder what the locals drink in Barolo, Italy? They drink Dolcetto. Dolcetto is a somms secret weapon. It pairs with charcuterie, duck breast, roast chicken, short rib, and the list goes on. It’s a smooth intro to Italy and THE red to have on hand for a dinner party.

2021 Domaine Santa Duc Châteauneuf-du-Pape ‘Les Saintes Vierges’
$75.00This single-vineyard wine comes from 70-year-old vines, co-planted by the legendary 6th-generation winemaker, Yves Gras. Domaine Santa Duc has been one of the top producers in the region for years, and this wine is a great example of why. If you’re a points person, it received 93-95 points across the board.
Ecocert-certified organic and Demeter-certified biodynamic, hand-harvested, unfined/unfltered and aged for 18 months in Stockinger foudres (the Rolls-Royce of oak).

2021 Evening Land Salem Wine Co ‘Eola-Amity Hills’ Pinot Noir

2023 Domaine Garnier et Fils Chablis AOC
$36.00Chablis is a staple at Argaux. So when we decide to add a new one to the book, you better believe we have done our homework. This particular bottle was chosen after it won a blind tasting against 17 different bottles of Chablis. We invited our top Chablis clients to join us for the battle and this wine was voted #1. Enough said. It is a must-try.

2020 Contratto Metodo Classico Pas Dose Millesimato
$35.00You are drinking history when you pop this cork. This 19th century estate is the birthplace of Metodo Classico and these wines have graced the tables of not only the Vatican, but also the House of Savoy (the Italian Royal Family), as well as the British monarchy throughout history. This is dry, refreshing and incredibly food friendly.

2021 Clefs des Murailles ‘Vacqueyras’ Rouge Red Blend
$31.00Let’s face it, we all love CDP (Chateauneuf-du-Pape), but most of us can’t afford to pull those corks on a daily basis. That is where ‘Vacqueyras’ comes in. It’s swimming in the next lane, with eerily similar characteristics, at a lower price. This is one of my party trick wines (looks pricey and tastes pricier).

2019 Domaine Alain Burguet Gevrey-Chambertin ‘Les Champeaux’ Premier Cru
$165.00This wine is for a Pinot Noir oenophile.
The ‘Les Champeaux’ premier cru vineyard was planted in 1987 on the northern edge of Gevrey-Chambertin. It’s located high up on the slope with south-east facing exposure which allows for slow and steady ripening. The result is a wine with great purity, structure and incredibly silky tannins.

2019 Domaine Alain Burguet Gevrey-Chambertin ‘Lavaux Saint Jacques’ Premier Cru
$225.00This rustic Pinot Noir hails from a premier cru climat just west of Gevrey-Chambertin. The palate is medium-bodied with rich and concentrated flavors, nice acidity, and integrated tannins. Aged for 19 months in barrel (50% new oak).
Like all of Burguet’s wines, this bottle is produced from organic (converting to biodynamic) fruit, native yeasts, and is bottled unfined / unfiltered. Only 50 cases produced.

$34.00This is our staple Pinot Noir. It’s a wonderful example of cool climate Pinot Noir from the central coast. It’s light and bright with a purity of fruit that makes it go down way too easy.
