NV Sorelle Bronca Particella 181 Brut Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG
This is one of the best Italian sparkling wines I’ve had, and by far the best Prosecco. Sorelle Bronca’s wines changed our idea of what everyday Prosecco could be ages ago, but the new Particella 181 is on another level, it’s in a league of its own.

2021 Domaine de Oliveira Lecestre Petit Chablis (half-bottle)
This is an everyday staple. The palate is lively and crisp, but it isn’t quite as austere as other versions of Chablis. It has a creamy texture which makes it approachable and crowd-pleaser across the board.
Sustainable farming practices (Lutte Raisonnée), native yeast fermentation, and fermented in stainless steel tanks to reflect the perfect typicity of Chablis.

The Domaine’s eponymous vineyard offers the prettiest and most ethereal wine of the vintage. Do not, however, mistake its gracefulness as an invitation for early drinking. It is refined, lifted, etched & and one of the most allocated wines in California. Only 3 bottles available!

Ntsiki Biyela was the first female black winemaker in South Africa and has become one of the most influential women in wine worldwide. Her wines have incredible depth and this Bordeaux blend is no exception. It could easily pass for a high class Médoc.

2019 Dominio De Anza Rioja ‘Especial 1’
This single vineyard wine comes from Magaña’s oldest parcels, 75 to 90-year-old bushvines in pure limestone, worked entirely by horse.

2016 Altesino Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG
Elisabetta Gnudi Angelini is known as the lady of Sangiovese and 2016 was close to perfect in Brunello di Montalcino. The riserva is produced only in the best years and this vintage is being dubbed one of the greatest in history.

2019 Domaine Alain Burguet Gevrey-Chambertin ‘Les Champeaux’ Premier Cru
This wine is for a Pinot Noir oenophile.
The ‘Les Champeaux’ premier cru vineyard was planted in 1987 on the northern edge of Gevrey-Chambertin. It’s located high up on the slope with south-east facing exposure which allows for slow and steady ripening. The result is a wine with great purity, structure and incredibly silky tannins.

These grapes come from the legendary “Belvedere Vineyard” in the historic Prosecco Superiore area. The winemaking is precise and the result is a clean Prosecco with no addition of sugar. It’s a tart and refreshing glass of bubbles, sans the sugar hangover.

2020 Les Athlètes du Vin Touraine Sauvignon Blanc
You really can’t go wrong with this wine. It’s a no-brainer for Sauvignon Blanc lovers. The bright citrus fruits have length without any bitter finish. Think of it as Sancerres more affordable little sister.
