Named Dom Basle in homage to the great figure in the history of Champagne and the Montagne de Reims, the Cuvée Dom Basle – Brut Réserve is the great classic of Maison Delavenne.

This well-balanced Champagne combines finesse, regular fruitiness and consistency over time. Clear color with golden reflections. Notes of white dried fruits. A seductive roundness, a freshness associated with finesse. Can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a meal.

  • 2023 Punta Crena Mataòssu Liguria ‘Vigneto Reiné’

Punta Crena’s Mataòssu is a rare gem. For over 500 years, the Ruffino family has farmed these vineyards that cling to the cliffs in Varigotti. Indigenous to Liguria, this wine is impossibly fresh—bursting with the pure essence of the region: sunshine, sea spray, and coastal breeze. It’s like diving straight into the Mediterranean.

Organic farming practices, hand-harvested, family-owned and less than 2,000 cases produced annually.

    $34.00
  • 2022 Jean Collet & Fils Saint-Bris Sauvignon

A wine with a light gold color, its liveliness reveals notes of citrus and peach with expressive fresh herbs and white flowers. The mouthfeel is generously textured and lends a tender, fruity palate with a spicy yet beautiful mineral finish. Aging is done in old French oak barrels to add a touch of roundness to soften the wine’s naturally striking acidity.

This version of Saint-Bris at Domaine Jean Collet follows suit with the Chablis range, characterized with an increased level of suppleness, compared to what is typically found with Saint-Bris wines.

Sustainable farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation.

    $32.00
  • 2023 Domaine Roland Lavantureux Chablis ‘Vaux Carrés’ (half-bottle)

This is Chablis as it should be: pure, mineral, and refreshingly complex. The half-bottle format makes it perfect for picnics, solo dinners, or as a crisp aperitif before a larger meal. It’s a snapshot of northern Burgundy terroir—refined deliciousness. Enjoy with sushi, sashimi, seafood pasta or goat cheese and crackers.

Organic farming practices, native yeast fermentation and less than 5,000 cases produced annually.

    $27.00
  • 2023 Pierre Riffault ‘7 Hommes’ Sancerre

Sancerre is the “spiritual home” of Sauvignon Blanc. It’s considered to be the purest expression of Sauvignon Blanc on the planet and a wine we love for its versatility when it comes to food. It pairs well with light green salads and Crottin de Chavignol goat cheese of course, but Sancerre comes to life alongside vibrant fish dishes like seafood thai curry.

This wine comes from 25+ year old vines that are sustainably farmed in clay-limestone and chalk soils. It’s vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness.

    $40.00
  • 2022 Hofkellerei des Fürsten von Liechtenstein Herrnbaumgarten Cuvée

Picture panoramic view of jagged peaks, the hush of pine forests below, and sunlight sparkling off the snow – this wine is cystalline pure and alpine-fresh because that is what it’s made of. It captures the high-altitude beauty of Austria’s Weinviertel, with royal pedigree to match. This wine comes from the princely estate of Liechtenstein itself, the royal family’s historic winery that was established in 1436! This is the first wine from Liechtenstein we’ve offered so we figured we might as well make is royal as well.

Enjoy with comté cheese, schnitzel, trout or salmon with lemon and dill, sushi, or creamy white asparagus soup.

Organic/biodynamic farming practices and only 700 cases produced.

  • 2023 Raul Perez Atalier “A Cruz das Animas” Rias Baixas Albariño

Atalier is the exciting new Rías Baixas Albariño project from the redoubtable Raúl Pérez, and this wine is nothing short of explosive. It leaps out of the glass with aromas of oyster shell and etherized granite and follows through with a palate rich in marine-inflected yellow and green fruits and sporting a powerful surge of acidity.

Fermented and aged in large, neutral French oak foudres. The oxygenation that occurs during this élevage gives the wine a softer, rounder entry that balances out the razor-sharp acidity. Biodynamic and organic.

    $44.00
