  • The 2022 Domaine Bourillon Dorléans Vouvray ‘La Coulée d’Argent’ is a beautifully expressive Chenin Blanc showing depth and precision. It opens with aromas of apple, pear, and mirabelle plum layered with hints of spice and flinty minerality. The palate is supple and silky, balancing ripe white fruit and citrus with refreshing acidity. Elegant and invigorating on the finish, this wine is a pure expression of clean, dry Loire Chenin Blanc.

  • Cava is made in the exact same way as Champagne, but it comes from Spain’s sun-drenched Penedès region on the Mediterranean. It’s crisp, food-friendly and endlessly drinkable, it’s the perfect match for seafood paella, jamón ibérico, or a simple plate of tapas shared among friends.

Bone-dry and vibrant, it offers bright acidity, stony minerality, and an elegant reflection of the vintage and region. Crafted to express a true “sense of place,” this wine celebrates balance, precision, and the unique terroir of the Finger Lakes.

  • Alberto Nanclares and Silvia Prieto make transparent, Atlantic-influenced wines, mainly with Albariño from old vines around the village of Cambados (where the winery is located). Employing organic farming practices and a restrained hand in the cellar, the pair have managed something very rare: the refinement of Albariño into angular, age-worthy wines that express the fascinating terruños of Cambados and Rías Baixas.

Organic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation in stainless steel, 5-7 months spent on the lees, bottled without stabilization or clarification.

  • This light rosé captures the essence of Provence with its delicate balance of fruit, floral notes, and refreshing minerality. It’s the kind of wine that fits in just as easily at a poolside lunch as it does with grilled seafood, summer salads, or a sunset aperitif. Bonus: it delivers Provence-like quality at a far friendlier price point.

Chill it. Pour it. Love it.

Certified with High Environmental Value (HVE3), emphasizing eco-friendly viticulture (practicing organic), hand-harvested and family-owned.

    $24.00
