    Team Argaux Favorite

This is one of the hardest wines to get and one of the most vivid expressions of Passetoutgrains we’ve seen in years. Rougeot wines are rarely seen outside of top dining destinations like Plénitude (3 Michelin stars) in Paris and Le Carmin (1 Michelin star) in Beaune and we are excited to be able to share it. Extremely limited, only 12 bottles available.

Biodynamic/organic farming practices, hand-harvested, 100% whole cluster fermentation with native yeasts, unfined/unfiltered, no added sulfites, aged in used oak barrels for 7-9 months.

    $55.00
  • From the outstanding 2015 vintage, La Spinona’s flagship single-vineyard Barolo is expressive, structured, and classically powerful. With 10 years of age, it’s drinking in its prime. Decant for 1-2 hours and pair with braised short ribs, osso buco, truffle risotto, or wild mushroom dishes.

Organic farming practices, hand-harvested, unfined/unfiltered, and aged for 15 months in large oak barrels.

    $100.00
  • Punta Crena’s Mataòssu is a rare gem. For over 500 years, the Ruffino family has farmed these vineyards that cling to the cliffs in Varigotti. Indigenous to Liguria, this wine is impossibly fresh—bursting with the pure essence of the region: sunshine, sea spray, and coastal breeze. It’s like diving straight into the Mediterranean.

Organic farming practices, hand-harvested, family-owned and less than 2,000 cases produced annually.

    $40.00
  • From two of Burgundy’s most exciting young winemakers comes a pitch-perfect expression of Maranges – silky, lifted, mineral, and absolutely singing in 2023. The Bachelet brothers have earned a cult following for their purity-driven, terroir-focused style, and La Fussière is their flagship Premier Cru: a high-altitude, limestone-rich site that delivers finesse far beyond its price point.

Sustainable farming practices, hand-harvested, and native yeast fermentation.

    $75.00
  • This wine comes from 50-year-old vines grown in 30cm of soil before hitting pure chalk. The vineyard sits at 300m altitude, the highest altitude section of Folatieres, just beneath “La Truffière.” Aged for 12 months in barrel + 6 months in tank.

Sustainable farming practices, hand-harvested, and native yeast fermentation.

    $300.00
  • Marc and Alexandre Bachelet are the talk of the town. If you want to get your hands on Burgundy’s next big thing, we’d jump on these while you still can. This wine comes from 30+ year old vines located in Puligny Montrachet. Aged for 12 months in barrel + 6 months in tank

Sustainable farming practices, hand-harvested, and native yeast fermentation.

    $145.00
  • The Bachelet brothers have become Burgundy superstars for their ability to craft crystalline, terroir-driven wines that dramatically overdeliver for their appellation. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrel + 6 months in tank. Enjoy with salmon with beurre blanc sauce or a lemon herbed chicken.

Sustainable farming practices, hand-harvested, and native yeast fermentation.

    $60.00
