2023 Domaine Garnier et Fils Chablis AOC
$36.00Chablis is a staple at Argaux. So when we decide to add a new one to the book, you better believe we have done our homework. This particular bottle was chosen after it won a blind tasting against 17 different bottles of Chablis. We invited our top Chablis clients to join us for the battle and this wine was voted #1. Enough said. It is a must-try.

2022 Pierre Riffault ‘7 Hommes’ Sancerre (half-bottle)
$26.00Sancerre is the “spiritual home” of Sauvignon Blanc. It’s considered to be the purest expression of Sauvignon Blanc on the planet and a wine we love for its versatility when it comes to food. It pairs well with light green salads and Crottin de Chavignol goat cheese of course, but Sancerre comes to life alongside vibrant fish dishes like seafood thai curry.
This wine comes from 25+ year old vines that are sustainably farmed in clay-limestone and chalk soils. It’s vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness.

2020 Contratto Metodo Classico Pas Dose Millesimato
$35.00You are drinking history when you pop this cork. This 19th century estate is the birthplace of Metodo Classico and these wines have graced the tables of not only the Vatican, but also the House of Savoy (the Italian Royal Family), as well as the British monarchy throughout history. This is dry, refreshing and incredibly food friendly.

2021 Clefs des Murailles ‘Vacqueyras’ Rouge Red Blend
$31.00Let’s face it, we all love CDP (Chateauneuf-du-Pape), but most of us can’t afford to pull those corks on a daily basis. That is where ‘Vacqueyras’ comes in. It’s swimming in the next lane, with eerily similar characteristics, at a lower price. This is one of my party trick wines (looks pricey and tastes pricier).

2019 Domaine Alain Burguet Gevrey-Chambertin ‘Les Champeaux’ Premier Cru

The ‘Les Champeaux’ premier cru vineyard was planted in 1987 on the northern edge of Gevrey-Chambertin. It’s located high up on the slope with south-east facing exposure which allows for slow and steady ripening. The result is a wine with great purity, structure and incredibly silky tannins.

2019 Domaine Alain Burguet Gevrey-Chambertin ‘Lavaux Saint Jacques’ Premier Cru
$225.00This rustic Pinot Noir hails from a premier cru climat just west of Gevrey-Chambertin. The palate is medium-bodied with rich and concentrated flavors, nice acidity, and integrated tannins. Aged for 19 months in barrel (50% new oak).
Like all of Burguet’s wines, this bottle is produced from organic (converting to biodynamic) fruit, native yeasts, and is bottled unfined / unfiltered. Only 50 cases produced.
