This is estate-grown, organically farmed West Sonoma Coast Syrah from Peay — one of California’s most respected small-production producers. As their second label, Cep punches well above its weight, sourced from declassified barrels that still meet Peay’s rigorous standards, which means it consistently overdelivers.
Try to open this an hour before serving and enjoy it alongside a savory steak, lamb with rosemary, or pork tenderloin with charred vegetables.
Certified organic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, aged in 100% neutral French oak barrels, unfined/unfiltered and only 150 cases were produced.
