Oracle Organic Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Oracle Olive Oil is a premium Greek extra virgin olive oil sourced from a collective of seaside olive farms in the Peloponnese — including one belonging to the family of Oracle’s founder.
It’s packaged in a navy-blue bottle and UV-coated to prevent any oxidation of the oil through light exposure. Each bottle is filled and sealed in Laconia and labeled with a date of harvest.

2021 Wonderland Project ‘White Queen’ Sonoma Chardonnay
We love the wines from former Per Se wine director, Matt Ahern. He made wines he couldn’t find on the floor and we thank him for that. Think Sonoma meets Burgundy. This Chardonnay was fermented and aged in French oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks.

This wine comes from 30-year-old vines from 3 premier crus in Saint-Aubin: ‘Les Perrieres,’ ‘Les Combes,’ and ‘Les Creots.’ It ages for 3 months in stainless steel and 14 months in French oak barrels (25% new).

2020 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Bourgogne Chardonnay
Not much needs to be said here. PYCM is considered one of Burgundy’s best producer and we feel lucky to get a small allocation of his wines every year.
This wine derives from four parcels—in the communes Meursault, Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. It’s aged in 350L barrels (10% new) for 14 months + 3 months in stainless steel.

“Morogues” sits right across the river from Sancerre and this village is currently producing some of the most underrated and exciting wines of the entire eastern Loire Valley! This wine is similar in style to Sancerre, but has this sappy lushness and delicate texture that makes it almost Chablis or Chenin-like. A serious hidden gem!
