2021 Domaine Pinson Frères Chablis ‘Les Clos’ Grand Cru
For those who love Chablis, you know that ‘Les Clos’ is the emblematic, top Grand Cru of Chablis. The 50+ year old vines sit on a steep slope and enjoy the perfect sun exposure which provides ideal ripening conditions. 2021 for Chablis is adamantly old-school in its tension and inscrutably mineral depths. If you had to describe the vintage in one word it would be ‘aristocratic.’
Organic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation in 80% stainless steel tanks, 20% new oak and aged in 3-4 year old barrels.

This wine comes from the prestigious hill of Montosoli and 2010 is widely regarded as one of the best Brunello vintages, with perfect growing conditions resulting in wines of great structure, depth, and aging potential. 2022 Centopassi ‘Giato’ Grillo & Catarratto
Libera Terra is a non-profit organization that has taken on the restoration of land in Italy that was previously controlled by the mafia. Centopassi is a collection of vineyards on Sicily that they confiscated from the mafia and gave back to the local farmers. The result are wines that are distinctively Sicilian – bright, refreshing, salty & volcanic – la dolce vita in a glass.

2022 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Bourgogne Chardonnay
Not much needs to be said here. PYCM is considered one of Burgundy’s best producers and we feel lucky to get a small allocation of this every year.
This wine derives from four parcels—in the communes Meursault, Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. It’s aged in 350L barrels (10% new) for 14 months + 3 months in stainless steel.

2019 Domaine Alain Burguet Gevrey-Chambertin ‘Les Champeaux’ Premier Cru
This wine is for a Pinot Noir oenophile.
The ‘Les Champeaux’ premier cru vineyard was planted in 1987 on the northern edge of Gevrey-Chambertin. It’s located high up on the slope with south-east facing exposure which allows for slow and steady ripening. The result is a wine with great purity, structure and incredibly silky tannins.
