This wine presents loads of ripe pomegranate, ripe raspberry, black cherry, and cassis. Nice floral notes of rose petal and hibiscus, pink peppercorns, thyme, star anise, patchouli, cocoa, and Copenhagen tobacco. There is a piquant soy/balsamic edge that gives the wine an old-world feel + iconic Rutherford dust notes that bring you back to Napa.
