60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay from Montagne de Reims. This terroir consists of sun-soaked chalk soils and hillsides, bordered by forest and caressed by cool evening winds providing natural thermal regulation.
This Champagne is very complex and deep with ripe fruit, freshly toasted and buttered brioche, apricot pie and intense floral aromas creating a fantastic composition. It is autolytic and well developed with a long, mineral-driven finish.
Organic and biodynamic farming practices, native yeast fermentation, and less than 2,000 cases made.
